A truly exceptional experience, not just a dinner. Each dish takes you on a completely different journey that got me tearing up at the end of the night. Wonderful execution, beautiful storytelling and incredibly creative approach to food.10/10

Simply wow. This is not a typical food experience, this is an unconventional, sensorial experience stimulating the five senses. I don’t want to spoil too much, but during this 9 course menu journey we had the chance to eat great food in crazy shapes and ways, smell new and weird things (like the smell of the space), see fluo colors and listen to perfectly matching music. In fact, I had to look for some of the music being played during the dinner, as it was so good, researched and perfect. This is something that I particularly appreciated, as I am very picky with music as it was quite unique to find such a good curation of music at a restaurant. And last but not least, the personnel is extremely kind and I really believe that Federico Rottigni is a genius. We can’t wait to be back in six months, to experience the new menu!

Generally a review expresses one's subjective experience, a sentiment or a feeling torwards some thing. You can certainly find great food and wine in here, but if you're willing to immerse it may be the case you'll be given something deeper. At most times I seek a logical reasoning of an experience, why did I liked a certain place for example. It is usually the food, the people, the atmosphere. It is a rare occurrence to have such an immersive and deep experience as this place gifts where there's more to explore than food and wine. Thank you for the personal experience, it is something one cannot forget. Specifing each person I discussed with will do no justice for the whole who've worked making the experience as incredible as it was. I'll refer to all when I say thank you so much. You all are great. As of my review of this place- Make a booking, you won't regret it.

What an excellent dining experience, not only did we eat very delicious food, we got to enjoy a well-executed performance that involved all the senses. The dishes are themselves thoughtful, and you can feel the overwhelming effort the chefs put into making your evening special.

If there were words to describe this dining experience, I’d use them. If I used them, I’d exhaust them. There are simply not enough ways to explain the absolutely amazing experience we had. This was a random last minute booking for expectations sort of unknown - but based on the hundreds of 5 star reviews, even as foodies we were uncertain. As someone who travels globally often, I can tell you with certainty there is no dining experience that exists like this, and if there is - it’s not one I’ve ever encountered. We left full in mind, body and heart and look forward to visiting again in the future. PLEASE, go make a core memory. The impeccable detail to service, presentation and truly this “show” will go unmatched for years to come. Cheers from Maine, USA.

Absolutely the best food experience I have had and will probably ever have in my lifetime. Excellent from start to finish! Would highly recommend anyone staying/visiting Milan to make a point of booking a seat here!

The 9 course dinner we had was Amazing!! The entire experience starting with set up, the music and the choreography of dishes/ drinks through the courses, the tastes and the experimental and unconventional way the chef is playing with the tastes are really unique!! We had the Contact menu, a different planet sensorial experience where we smelled even the air inside a rocket sprayed over our heads as we were having a nitrogen cooked sort of merengue served with a glass of mezcal⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food and presentation is like a 1 Michelin star experience, the playfulness of tastes and the show a must to experience!!
