Outstanding experience which touches all your sense, you will taste things you are used to in a different way, smell is used to create associations with space and places you know, the sound track is a great undertone of the whole experience and the visual presentation is exceptional and certainly very close to perfection. Be open to a journey and will enter a world you you truly enjoy.

This is a 5/5! Of course this is not just a regular dinner, this is an exprience, and it really worth it. The whole thing is very original and service was great. I was alone and dont speak Italian, but that was not an issue at all.

If there were words to describe this dining experience, I’d use them. If I used them, I’d exhaust them. There are simply not enough ways to explain the absolutely amazing experience we had. This was a random last minute booking for expectations sort of unknown - but based on the hundreds of 5 star reviews, even as foodies we were uncertain. As someone who travels globally often, I can tell you with certainty there is no dining experience that exists like this, and if there is - it’s not one I’ve ever encountered. We left full in mind, body and heart and look forward to visiting again in the future. PLEASE, go make a core memory. The impeccable detail to service, presentation and truly this “show” will go unmatched for years to come. Cheers from Maine, USA.

This is an amazing experience, not comparable with anything you have done so far. you cannot compare this another restaurant. you need to be ready to get disturbed, but you'll definitely travel and experience things you could not think of. ++ for the amazing soundtrack of this magical night. 1000 thanks again to all the team.

High dining immersive experience that is unmatched. Every detail, from the ingredients, lighting, music, and even smell, does not go unnoticed. The chef and staff work very hard to give you seamless service. Every course is emotional and intimate. This experience was priceless. We cannot wait to return for the following menu.

Simply wow. This is not a typical food experience, this is an unconventional, sensorial experience stimulating the five senses. I don’t want to spoil too much, but during this 9 course menu journey we had the chance to eat great food in crazy shapes and ways, smell new and weird things (like the smell of the space), see fluo colors and listen to perfectly matching music. In fact, I had to look for some of the music being played during the dinner, as it was so good, researched and perfect. This is something that I particularly appreciated, as I am very picky with music as it was quite unique to find such a good curation of music at a restaurant. And last but not least, the personnel is extremely kind and I really believe that Federico Rottigni is a genius. We can’t wait to be back in six months, to experience the new menu!

A dining experience that is wonderful if you can appreciate that food is another medium of art. Was concerned going in regarding the apparent experimental nature of the dishes, but every course tasted wonderful and was paired with interesting and flavorful drinks (did the alcoholic pairing). Impeccable service and an amazing time.

This is truly a unique experience. Sensorium gets 5 stars from me. The food was great, the show was amazing from the presentation to the smell and lights. It is truly a once in a lifetime experience and if you are ever in Milan, you should definitely experience it.

The best experience ever. A small-scale, intimate dinner experience with light show, sound, music, beautiful presentation and wonderful food and drinks. We were taken on an amazing journey, the dishes were all made to intrigue and startle our taste buds and we have experienced a beautiful beautiful concept. Definitely will come back for the next cycle!

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!! I highly highly highly recommend anyone to go here. From start to finish it was amazing. I can not speak highly enough from the moment you walk in to walk out they treat you with a real personalised experience. The food, well, is different and leaves your tastebuds thinking what was that in some courses but when they tell you it is a dining experience it really is that! It is so much more than the food. Even at the end, the 4 guys stand and speak to you and make you feel welcome asking about you and why you’re here, about your life everything. It just makes you realise the service you are missing at other places when you go out to eat. I could continue writing forever about this place because it’s well and truly probably the best restaurant I have ever been to in my life and I’ve been to some good ones! Please book in and visit if you want something new!!

What an excellent dining experience, not only did we eat very delicious food, we got to enjoy a well-executed performance that involved all the senses. The dishes are themselves thoughtful, and you can feel the overwhelming effort the chefs put into making your evening special.

The 9 course dinner we had was Amazing!! The entire experience starting with set up, the music and the choreography of dishes/ drinks through the courses, the tastes and the experimental and unconventional way the chef is playing with the tastes are really unique!! We had the Contact menu, a different planet sensorial experience where we smelled even the air inside a rocket sprayed over our heads as we were having a nitrogen cooked sort of merengue served with a glass of mezcal⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food and presentation is like a 1 Michelin star experience, the playfulness of tastes and the show a must to experience!!

A unique experience from end to end. Entering a rather anonymous doorway in a side street to a warm and personal welcome. Counter seating with personalized service through the entire experience. Nine well composed servings paired with handcrafted cocktails. Each dish was full of imagination, flavor and served with a story.
