Immense thought has been given to each dish: the taste, the presentation, the idea they want to convey from it, the wine/kombucha pairing, the music/sounds that enhance the experience. It is no wonder that a large number of diners make this their last meal of Milan/their trip, because there is no better way to wrap up a trip.
