Every culinary experience at Sensorium is designed to be an immersive, multi-sensory journey. It acts as a dinner, but behaves like an artistic, sensory and interactive performance. Guests are seated at a large counter with only 11 seats and share a mystical space for two hours. The cuisine is creative and without rules. The ingredients are excellent, rare and carefully selected. Participation is choral and therefore, as in an intimate theatre, the performance starts punctually at the same time for everyone, which is why admission is in 20-minute slots. Leave your prejudices and everything you know about a “traditional” restaurant behind.

Reservations for the following month open on the 15th day of each month. Depending on the time of year and internal needs, they open one or two months in advance.

No, you will be able to select a drink pairing once you arrive at the counter. Selecting a pairing is recommended, but not mandatory. Each diner may choose a different pairing.

All our experiences are developed on complex techniques and selected ingredients, which is why, within the limits of our possibilities, we handle only very small changes to the menu. We do not handle vegan or lactose-free options. If you have any minor dietary requirements, please let us know in advance using the notes section during the reservation process. Only minor changes can be considered; excessive or unreasonable change requests will not be accepted. In absence of prior notice, Sensorium cannot guarantee menu changes and may charge an additional fee of 40€. In case of any problems, you will be contacted in advance.

To complete your reservation, we will ask you to provide valid card details (prepaid and/or disposable cards will be automatically declined and your reservation will not be confirmed by the system); however, you will not be charged immediately for the full amount, which will be deducted on the day of arrival using your chosen payment method after the experience. For groups of more than 5 people, we will ask you for a deposit of 80€ per person.

The service includes a storytelling part that is essential for understanding the experience. The choice can be made between Italian and English language. Any language request other than the two mentioned above will be ignored and not accommodated.

By clicking of the menu on the GiftCard section you will have the opportunity to choose and prepay a personalized card with various formulas or free amount. A PDF file will be issued upon purchase, with graphics, unique code, and personalized message. All GiftCards are valid for 6 calendar months from the date of purchase, and are mailable or printable. Please read the Terms and Conditions of the GiftCards before purchasing them. Any refund requests will be refused.

Following the natural path via website, once you get to the experience page, you will need to click on the “Book with GiftCard” button. We will ask you to indicate your unique GiftCard codes in the notes section. Please note that any GiftCard that has expired will be declined, regardless of how long it has been since expiration.

Yes. Even GiftCards associated with specific experiences, still have a monetary value with a validity of 6 calendar months from purchase. Therefore, regardless of the name of the experience on the Card, you will be able to use the monetary value throughout the period indicated.

Once your booking has been made, you will receive a confirmation email. At the bottom of the email, you will find addresses and suggestions for calculating travel times and parking.
