To complete your reservation, we will ask you to provide valid card details (prepaid and/or disposable cards will be automatically declined and your reservation will not be confirmed by the system); however, you will not be charged immediately for the full amount, which will be deducted on the day of arrival using your chosen payment method after the experience. For groups of more than 5 people, we will ask you for a deposit of 80€ per person.

You can cancel up to 48 hours before the time and date of your reservation; late cancellations will be charged a fee of €138 per person (€155 on Saturdays) for Artificial Stupidity, and €128 per person (€142 on Saturdays) for Ayahuasca, or deposit deduction for groups. None of the above costs are refundable.

Please be punctual. We suggest you arrive no later than 8:20 pm. Please note that the experience takes place at the bench and is shared with other people. In an effort to give all guests a unique experience, given the complexity of logistics, the door will open at 8:10 p.m. and close at 8:30 p.m. Once this time interval has passed, you will no longer be able to access the experience.

Vegetarian option available. Lactose-free option not available. Within our possibilities, we handle only minor menu changes. If you have any minor dietary requirements, please let us know in advance using the notes section during the reservation process. Only minor changes can be considered; excessive or unreasonable change requests will not be accepted. If no notice is given, Sensorium cannot guarantee changes to the menu and may charge an additional fee of 40€.

At Sensorium, there is no strict dress code. Any attire that makes you feel comfortable, while respecting the context and the other guests, is perfectly appropriate. We do ask, however, that you pay special attention to fragrances: please avoid overly strong or intrusive scents. The experience is multisensory and shared at the counter, and it includes delicate aromas designed for everyone. An overpowering personal fragrance can interfere with the atmosphere and affect both your perception and that of others in the room.

Gift Cards can be used Tuesday through Friday. They will not be accepted on Saturdays.
When you make your reservation, please indicate the GiftCard number in the notes.

Due to the uniqueness of the experience, the location and out of respect for all guests present, participation by children under the age of 12 is strongly discouraged.

Given the power of the sound system and the low frequencies during the experience, and for their safety, animals are not allowed access.
