PETS: Considering the power of audio system and low frequencies during experience, for their safety, pets are not allowed.

The Ayahuasca Experience is crafted with approximately 120 ingredients and highly advanced preparations. For this reason, last-minute changes are extremely difficult to accommodate.
If you have any dietary needs, we ask that you notify us in advance by using the notes section during the booking process. Please note that only minor adjustments can be considered; excessive or unreasonable modification requests will not be accepted.
If no prior notice is provided, Sensorium cannot guarantee adjustments to the menu and may apply an additional €30 fee.

In order to complete your booking, we will ask you to provide valid card details (prepaid and/or disposable cards will be automatically rejected and your reservation will not be confirmed by the system); however you will not be charged immediately, the full amount will be deducted on the day of arrival with payment method of your choice after the experience. For groups of more than 5 persons, we will ask you a deposit of 80€ per person.

Once you have made your booking you will receive a confirmation email with more details and your booking ID. The confirmation email will also have more information on your booking. Please feel free to contact us beforehand if you have any doubts about your booking.

If you would wish to cancel or amend your reservation after making it, you can do so through the confirmation email up to 48 hours before the start of the experience.
