Outstanding experience which touches all your sense, you will taste things you are used to in a different way, smell is used to create associations with space and places you know, the sound track is a great undertone of the whole experience and the visual presentation is exceptional and certainly very close to perfection. Be open to a journey and will enter a world you you truly enjoy.

The 9 course dinner we had was Amazing!! The entire experience starting with set up, the music and the choreography of dishes/ drinks through the courses, the tastes and the experimental and unconventional way the chef is playing with the tastes are really unique!! We had the Contact menu, a different planet sensorial experience where we smelled even the air inside a rocket sprayed over our heads as we were having a nitrogen cooked sort of merengue served with a glass of mezcal⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food and presentation is like a 1 Michelin star experience, the playfulness of tastes and the show a must to experience!!

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!! I highly highly highly recommend anyone to go here. From start to finish it was amazing. I can not speak highly enough from the moment you walk in to walk out they treat you with a real personalised experience. The food, well, is different and leaves your tastebuds thinking what was that in some courses but when they tell you it is a dining experience it really is that! It is so much more than the food. Even at the end, the 4 guys stand and speak to you and make you feel welcome asking about you and why you’re here, about your life everything. It just makes you realise the service you are missing at other places when you go out to eat. I could continue writing forever about this place because it’s well and truly probably the best restaurant I have ever been to in my life and I’ve been to some good ones! Please book in and visit if you want something new!!

A unique experience from end to end. Entering a rather anonymous doorway in a side street to a warm and personal welcome. Counter seating with personalized service through the entire experience. Nine well composed servings paired with handcrafted cocktails. Each dish was full of imagination, flavor and served with a story. High dining immersive experience that is unmatched. Every detail, from the ingredients, lighting, music, and even smell, does not go unnoticed. The chef and staff work very hard to give you seamless service. Every course is emotional and intimate. This experience was priceless. We cannot wait to return for the following menu.

You can certainly find great food and wine in here, but if you're willing to immerse it may be the case you'll be given something deeper. At most times I seek a logical reasoning of an experience, why did I liked a certain place for example. It is usually the food, the people, the atmosphere. It is a rare occurrence to have such an immersive and deep experience as this place gifts where there's more to explore than food and wine. Thank you for the personal experience, it is something one cannot forget.
