Guests are seated at a large counter with just 11 seats and spend two hours sharing a mystical space and embarking on a journey both within and beyond themselves. <\/div>\n

The cuisine is creative in style and without rules. The raw materials are excellent, rare and sought after. The service is like a dance, almost a ritual, but one that leaves out rigid formalities, in which every gesture has meaning. Participation is choral and therefore, as in a theater, the performance starts on time at the same time for everyone, which is why entry is in a 20-minute slot. <\/div>\n
