Gift Cards can be used Tuesday through Friday. They will not be accepted on Saturdays.
When you make your reservation, please indicate the GiftCard number in the notes.

You can cancel up to 48 hours before your reservation’s start date and time. If you cancel later, the Giftcard will be redeemed and cannot be used again. None of the above costs are refundable.

Please be punctual. We suggest you arrive no later than 8:20 pm. Please note that the experience takes place at the bench and is shared with other people. In an effort to give all guests a unique experience, given the complexity of logistics, the door will open at 8:10 p.m. and close at 8:30 p.m. Once this time interval has passed, you will no longer be able to access the experience.

Vegetarian option available. Lactose-free option not available. Within our possibilities, we handle only minor menu changes. If you have any minor dietary requirements, please let us know in advance using the notes section during the reservation process. Only minor changes can be considered; excessive or unreasonable change requests will not be accepted. If no notice is given, Sensorium cannot guarantee changes to the menu and may charge an additional fee of 40€.
In case of any problems, you will be contacted in advance.

At Sensorium there is no real dress code. Any clothing that makes you feel comfortable, while respecting the context and other people, is more than adequate.
Instead, we ask you to pay special attention to scents: avoid fragrances that are too intense or intrusive. The experience is multisensory and shared at the counter, and includes the use of olfactory aromas designed for everyone. Excessive scent can compromise perception in the room, yours and others’.

Due to the uniqueness of the experience, the location and out of respect for all guests present, participation by children under the age of 12 is strongly discouraged.

Given the power of the sound system and the low frequencies during the experience, and for their safety, animals are not allowed access.
